3.Recipient Signature Policy

4.No Deliveries on Holidays

Delivery time estimates exclude national holidays and weekends. Local holidays in the destination country may also cause delays.

These charges are imposed by the destination country’s government or its authorized logistics providers, and are not issued by YUYU ACTIVE.

They are usually collected by the courier (e.g., DHL, SF Express) prior to delivery.

If the payment is not made within the required timeframe, the courier has the right to return or destroy the parcel. No reshipment or refund will be provided in such cases.
