Click “Account” on the top right of our website > “Register.” Fill in your name, email, and password to complete your signup and officially become an Earthling member.

No, it's completely free! Register in just one minute and begin your exclusive space journey with us.

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

1.Earn mission points (YUYU CASH)

2.Access exclusive time-limited events

3.Unlock member-only offers and birthday rewards

4.Level up to enjoy even more cosmic perks!

Our membership system is inspired by an interstellar journey, with four tiers:

1.Earthling (join upon signup)

2.Astronaut (upgrade upon reaching spending thresholds)

3.Martian (for our most loyal customers)

4.Galaxian (highest-tier honor member)

Each completed mission—such as placing an order, joining an event, or submitting a review—earns you YUYU Points. Once you reach a tier threshold, your membership level will be automatically upgraded!

Please click "Forgot Password" on the login page. The system will send a reset link to your registered email address.

YUYU CASH can be applied at checkout to offset the total purchase amount (subject to the terms of the current promotion). For more details, please refer to our [Membership Program Overview].

ORDER & RETURN

Please log in to your member account and go to [Account Center > Order Details] to view the latest status of your order. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place a new one with the updated information.

During promotional periods, some items may experience shipping delays due to stock availability. We will prioritize in-stock items for delivery. Other items will be shipped separately once available, and you will be notified via email.

We offer a 7+7 day return policy. Items must be brand new, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
Currently, exchanges are only available in-store. For online purchases, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Yes. If you choose to convert your refund into YUYU CASH, it can be used both online and in-store.
If you choose to credit your refund to the Star Account, we will grant an additional 3% YUYU CASH based on the total amount of your order.

If the order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be issued within 30 days via the original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your bank).
For return-based refunds, the refund will be processed within 30 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact our customer service center.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Yes, we provide international shipping to most countries. Orders over USD $350 are eligible for free international shipping. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times vary by region and typically range from 3–7 business days.
For more specific timeframes, please refer to our Shipping Policy or review the estimated date at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please check your inbox.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in to your YUYU ACTIVE account and check the latest shipping status under “My Orders.”

While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, actual delivery time may be affected by third-party couriers and local customs procedures. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any delays.

PAYMENT & PROMOTIONS

Please ensure that your card number and account information are correct.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your card issuer or trying an alternative payment method. You may also email our Customer Service team for assistance.

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay

Our discount codes are single-use only. If you return an item purchased using a discount code, the discount will be considered used and cannot be reused. If YUYU CASH was applied, the system will automatically reclaim the redeemed amount.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please refer to the “Size Guide” provided on each product page.
All product images are professionally photographed. Please note that slight color differences may occur due to monitor displays. Such variations are not considered product defects.
Please check the product page for restock notifications or estimated arrival times.
Please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product and include your order details. We will promptly process your refund. If the defect is not reported within the stated period, we will be unable to process the return.



Please package items from each order separately and label with the correct order number to avoid delays in refund processing.

Customs and import duties must be paid to the customs authority or logistics provider upon parcel arrival, in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled upon delivery.



Please refer to our Return Policy. Customers must arrange for return shipping with a trackable courier and provide a tracking number. Return shipping costs and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
